Streamside Ventures LLC along with Streamside Partners LLC takes a Controlling interest in Computers & Tele-Comm., Inc. and KC NAP LLC.

On January 1, 2013 Streamside Ventures, and its associated partnership, Streamside Partners LLC, purchased a controlling interest in the two companies.

Scott Kaye, Managing member for each of the entities, hasd been serving in the VP operations role for the two companies.

With the change in ownership and control, Scott becomes the President and CEO of the companies.

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
